Great food in an outdated building. Had the black pepper chicken hot plate and it was super good. Freshly cooked in a delicious sauce with a nice assortment of vegetables and rice to accompany. Price is just right for the quality and amount of food. Building is EXTREMELY out dated and dirty. There is stuff stuck to the walls. Heater didn't appear to work well and the building was fairly cold in +3 temperatures. Booths are uncomfortable. Roof has a visible sag to it as well which is concerning.

Classic small town Chinese food except this is actually good! A very nice Chinese couple runs the place and they are so nice, polite and respectful. The house fried rice, sweet & sour pork, chicken with black pepper sauce and their honey garlic chicken wings are all great picks just to make a few.

I stopped in after work and got the Combo C. Everything was exceptional! Truly incredible place to eat! Would gladly eat here again!

In early August we stopped there on a Sunday at around noon. We were the only 3 people in the restaurant. Naturally the service was great, but the restaurant was also clean, including the washroom. The food was truly amazing (not yesterday's leftovers) was definitely cooked fresh. We absolutely will be stopping by if we happen to be hungry and are near Kipling!
